All of the instructors at Integrative Wellness have completed Comprehensive Teacher Training Programs incorporating classical, as well as contemporary approaches to Pilates through Core Dynamics, Balanced Body, Physical Mind, Stott and BASI, as well as Fletcher Towelwork. ®
