Pre and Post Natal Pilates…private & group
Many women find Pilates to be one of the best forms of exercise, both during and after their pregnancy.
Through Pilates, women can stay strong and fit throughout their pregnancies.

Pilates post-rehab
Pilates Post-Rehabilitation can benefit injuries and disorders such as:
Chronic Neck & Back Pain
Post-Surgical Post-Rehabilitation (working as adjunct to physical therapy)
Sports Injuries
Repetitive Stress Injuries
Muscle Strains
Acute & Chronic Tendonitis/Bursitis
Shoulder Pain: Rotator Cuff Problems
Knee Pain: Patellofemoral Pain, Iliotibial Band Syndrome
Total or Partial Hip and Knee Replacement
Osteoarthritis & Rheumatoid Arthritis
Fibromyalgia
Myofascial Pain Syndrome
Multiple Sclerosis
Parkinson Disease

Pilates targets the whole body, correcting muscle asymmetries and weaknesses,
which are often the cause of pain.

Pilates-based rehabilitation is a way to learn about your body, correct faulty movement
patterns that may or may not cause pain and reduce the likelihood of future injury.

We design exercise programs to provide real-world applications for long-term preventative
care to guard against re-injury.
